Check the Status of a Refund

Monitor the progress of your refund requests directly through the Nash platform. Follow these steps to stay updated on your refund status.

Accessing Refund Request Status

  1. Navigate to Refund Requests:

    • Log in to your Nash account.

    • Go to Settings > Refund Requests.

  2. View Submitted Requests:

    • A list of all your refund requests will be displayed, including their current status.

Understanding Refund Request Status

Each refund request is assigned one of the following statuses:

  • UNDER REVIEW:
    Your request has been sent to the provider for evaluation. This process may take some time.

  • APPROVED:
    The provider has accepted your request. The approved refund amount will be displayed, reflecting what the provider has agreed to reimburse.

  • DENIED:
    The provider has rejected your refund request.
