Manually Dispatch a Shopify Order in Nash

If you have Manual Dispatch enabled in the Apps section of the Nash Portal, incoming Shopify orders will appear in the Orders section, requiring manual dispatch.

If Manual Dispatch is disabled, your deliveries will be dispatched automatically without requiring manual intervention.

How to Manually Dispatch an Order

Follow these steps to dispatch an order manually:

  • Log in to the Nash Portal and navigate to the Orders section.

  • Locate the order you want to dispatch.

  • Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the order.

  • Choose one of the following options:

    • Get Quotes: View available delivery options before assigning a provider.

    • Dispatch: Create a delivery first and then select the provider.

Once dispatched, you can track the status of the delivery within the Nash Portal.
