How Do I Deactivate/Pause a Dispatch Strategy?

If you no longer need a dispatch strategy, you can deactivate it. This will move the strategy to the Inactive tab, and it will not be used for future dispatch operations until reactivated.

Steps to Deactivate a Dispatch Strategy

• Access Dispatch Strategy Settings

  • Navigate to Settings > Orchestration > Dispatch Strategies.

• Select the Strategy to Deactivate

  • On the Active dispatch strategies page, locate the strategy you want to deactivate.

  • Click on the strategy from the list.

• Deactivate the Strategy

  • Click Deactivate Strategy.

  • A drawer will appear.

  • Type "confirm" in the text box to confirm the deactivation.

• Confirm Deactivation

  • Click Yes, deactivate strategy.

  • A confirmation message will appear, indicating that the strategy has moved to the Inactive tab.

Deactivated strategies can be reactivated later if needed.
