Disabling Local Delivery for Specific Dates

If you need to temporarily disable Local Delivery - such as during holidays, store closures, or special events - you can easily manage this through Blackout Dates in Nash. Blackout Dates allow you to block delivery availability for selected days without changing the rest of your configuration.

How to Disable Local Delivery for Specific Dates

  1. Go to Pickup Locations

    In the Nash Portal, use the left sidebar menu and navigate to Control → Pickup Locations. You can also access this page directly using this link.

  2. Select the Pickup Location

    Choose the store or location where you want to disable Local Delivery.

  3. Open Integration Details

    After selecting the pickup location, go to the Integration Details section.

  4. Locate the Blackout Dates Feature

    Scroll to find the Blackout Dates panel.

  5. Add the Dates You Want to Disable

    Enter the specific dates when Local Delivery should be unavailable.

Once added, Local Delivery will not become available for the selected dates within Nash Widget, preventing customers from selecting it as a delivery method.
