Recommended Internal Trigger Configurations

Last updated: December 6, 2024

Nash's customizable notifications system enhances operational efficiency by alerting your team to critical delivery issues. Use these recommended internal notifications to optimize delivery management.

Recommended Internal Notifications

Failed to Auto Dispatch

  • Trigger: Activates when a delivery isn't automatically assigned to a provider.

  • Importance: Ensures timely delivery assignments by identifying auto-dispatch failures.

  • Action: Investigate the cause, manually assign the delivery to a provider, and monitor auto-dispatch performance to minimize recurrence.

Address Validation Failed

  • Trigger: Activates when a customer's address can't be verified.

  • Importance: Prevents delivery delays and optimizes routing by detecting invalid addresses early.

  • Action: Review and update address details in your system. Cross-check with Google Maps and contact the customer for clarification if needed. Implement real-time address validation to reduce errors.

Delivery Creation Failed

  • Trigger: Activates when a delivery creation attempt fails.

  • Importance: Highlights API integration, billing, or system configuration issues.

  • Action: Review error messages to identify the cause (e.g., invalid time constraints, account issues). Resolve the problem and attempt manual delivery creation. Conduct regular API audits to prevent future failures.
