Note
Your operator decides what proof each stop needs — you don't choose the capture types that show up. Use this page as a lookup; for how to actually make each capture, see Capture proof of delivery.
Capture types

Two completion modes
These change what proof is required based on how the drop-off actually goes, rather than what was planned ahead of time:

Finishing a stop
A stop's Complete button only unlocks once all three of these are true:
- Every required proof for that stop has been captured — any photo, signature, scan, or ID check the stop calls for.
- You're actually at the stop. The app checks your location against the stop's address, so a stop can't be completed from somewhere else.
- Any items for that stop have been checked off or scanned. You can't move past a pickup or drop-off with items still unaccounted for.
Notes are never part of this check — they're always optional, no matter what else a stop requires.
