Upload Store Locations Using CSV

This guide walks you through the process of uploading multiple store locations using a CSV file.
Step 1: Navigate to the Create CSV Upload Section
From the dashboard, navigate to the "Create" section
Select "CSV Upload"
Click the "Upload CSV" button under the "Store Locations" section
Step 2: Prepare Your CSV File
You have two options for preparing your CSV file:
Option 1: Select an existing CSV file from your desktop that contains your store location data
Option 2: Download the template provided by the system and fill it out with your store location information
Step 3: Upload Your CSV File
Once your CSV file is ready for upload:
Click the "Select" button to browse your files
Locate and select your prepared CSV file
The system will display a preview of your data
Step 4: Review and Address Any Issues
In the CSV preview, check for any issues or errors flagged by the system. Make any necessary corrections to ensure your data is properly formatted.
You can make edits directly on the upload page by:
Hovering over the cell you want to change
Selecting the cell
Making adjustments directly in the preview interface
Step 5: Submit Your CSV Upload
Once you've verified that your data is correct:
Click the "Next" button to submit your CSV file for processing
Your upload will be processed by the system
Step 6: Post-Upload Options
After submission, you'll have two options:
Upload another CSV file
Return to the dashboard
Step 7: Check Upload Results
Once the processing is complete:
You will receive an email notification with the outcome of your CSV upload
If successful, the email will confirm all store locations that were created
If unsuccessful, any locations that couldn't be created will be attached in a CSV file for correction
Tips for Successful CSV Uploads
Ensure all required fields are completed in your CSV file
Check that your data follows the expected format for each column
Make sure addresses are formatted correctly
Review the preview carefully before submitting
If you receive errors, correct the attached CSV file and re-upload
