Saving Frequently Used Pickup Locations

Streamline your order entry process by saving frequently used pickup locations in Nash for quick access and accuracy.

Adding a Pickup Location

  • Access Pickup Settings

    • Navigate to Settings > Locations > Pickup.

    • Ensure the Pickup tab is selected.

    • Select New Location to start.

  • Enter Location Details

    • Location Name and Address

      • Use a consistent naming convention (e.g., "NY - Office," "NY - Warehouse").

      • Enter the address and select it from the dropdown for proper validation.

    • Phone Number

      • Required for delivery drivers to contact the location.

    • Pickup Instructions (Optional)

      • Add general instructions like parking details or preferred entrances.

    • After entering details, select Next.

    • Review the information for accuracy.

    • Select Save to add the location to your saved list.

Using Saved Pickup Locations During Order Entry

  • Go to the order entry screen.

  • Select the bookmark icon next to the pickup location field.

  • Choose the desired location from your saved list.

  • The system auto-fills the address and associated details, saving time and minimizing errors. You can also use the 'Swap locations' feature to quickly switch between pickup locations by clicking the swap icon.

By saving and regularly updating your pickup locations, you enhance order entry efficiency and maintain consistent delivery operations.
