Contact Nash support
Last updated: August 16, 2026
However you like to get unstuck, Nash gives you a few ways to find an answer or reach a person.
Find an answer first
You're already in the Help Center — the fastest path for most questions. Use the search at the top of any page to look for how-tos, references, and guides. New to Nash terms? The Nash glossary explains the words you'll see across the portal.
When the Help Center doesn't have your answer, reach the support team directly.
Chat with us
The quickest way to reach a person is Chat with us, in the sidebar at the bottom-left of the portal.
- Select Chat with us in the sidebar.
- Type your question and send it.
The chat already knows who you are and which organization you're in, so you don't need to introduce yourself — just describe what's going on. You'll also see the same Chat with us button on a few setup and empty-state screens where it helps to get a hand right away.
Your past conversations with support stay in the chat window, so you can reopen an earlier one to check its status or pick up where you left off.
For non-urgent requests, or if you'd rather put it in writing, email support@usenash.com. Include your organization name and, where relevant, the order or delivery you're asking about so the team can pick it up quickly.
Note
Some organizations on a white-labeled version of the portal won't see the Chat with us button. If that's you, email support@usenash.com instead.
Shared Slack channel
Some organizations have a shared Slack channel with Nash. If yours does, you can reach the team there too — ask your Nash contact if you're not sure whether one is set up.
Help it get resolved faster
- Say what you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Include the specific order or delivery ID when it's about one.
- Note any error message you saw, word for word.
