Tracking Your Delivery in Real-Time Using the Map

Track your delivery driver's real-time location using the Map View feature. Here's how to access and understand it:

Accessing the Map View

• Log in to your Nash account.

• Select the Deliveries on the left sidebar to open the delivery history page.

• Locate the delivery you want to track in the list.

• Select the delivery row to open its details page.

Understanding the Delivery Details Page

The Delivery Details page has three key sections:

• Provider Details: Includes the delivery provider's contact information and charges.

• Summary: Displays key delivery info like creation date, dispatch strategy, pickup/dropoff locations, and total distance.

• Map: Shows real-time delivery progress on the right side of the page.

Reading the Map View

The map highlights:

• Pickup Location: Marked with a package icon.

• Dropoff Location: Marked with a flag icon.

• Driver’s Current Location: Shown as a moving vehicle icon.

• Route: The driver’s path. Hover over tracking points for status and timestamps.

The map updates automatically, ensuring you can monitor progress and provide accurate updates to customers.

Additional Features

• Zoom: Adjust the zoom level for a detailed or broader view.

• Route Review: After delivery completion, view the full route the driver took.

Live tracking depends on the delivery provider’s system. If the driver's location doesn’t update or you encounter issues, contact Nash support via the options in your Nash portal for assistance.
