Efficient delivery management in Nash requires quick access to provider and driver details. This guide explains how to navigate the Provider Details Page and review delivery-specific information.
Accessing the Delivery Details Page
Select Delivery from the left menu to view delivery history.
Use the date selector in the top-left corner to display the desired delivery.
Select the delivery row to open the side drawer view.
Scroll to the bottom of the drawer and select See details.
Reviewing Provider Information
The Provider Details section includes:
Delivery provider name
Provider delivery ID
Estimated time of arrival (ETA)
Delivery price
Provider support contact details
Reviewing Driver Information
The Driver Details section includes:
Driver name
Driver contact information
Delivery tip
Available vehicle information
For example, a DoorDash delivery might list the driver's phone number in the Driver Contact Details, enabling direct communication.
Important Notes
Information availability depends on the provider and delivery status. If the status is Created or Not Assigned Driver, driver contact details won't be visible.
For active delivery issues, use the driver's or provider's contact details and delivery ID to resolve problems.
Use the Provider Details to track progress or address delays. If a delivery remains in Created status too long, consider using the auto-reassign feature to dispatch to another provider.
