Merge deliveries
Last updated: October 28, 2026
Merge combines deliveries into a single batched delivery, so one driver or provider runs them together. You can merge single deliveries, batches, or a mix — for example, to fold a late order into a route that's already out, or to put two light routes onto one driver.
Merge deliveries
- Go to the Deliveries list — the All, Assigned, or Flagged tab, or a saved view.
- Select two or more deliveries.
- In the actions bar, choose Merge, then confirm.
A Deliveries merged message appears with a View Delivery link to the new batch.
What happens when you merge
- A new batched delivery is created from the stops that aren't finished yet on each delivery you selected.
- Finished stops stay where they were. Completed stops remain on their original delivery. If every stop on a delivery is complete, nothing moves from it.
- The new batch is dispatched again. It uses the dispatch strategy of the first delivery you selected, and the original assignments for the moved stops are canceled. Check the new batch's assignment on the Deliveries list.
- You need at least two unfinished stops across your selection to merge.
- Single-pickup batches only. A batch with more than one pickup stop can't be merged.
