Brand your operator portal

Last updated: August 16, 2026

The Branding card on the Preferences page white-labels the operator portal — the internal portal your team signs into. You set the logo and the brand color used for buttons and accents across the portal.

Find it under SettingsPreferences (/settings/preferences). The card description reads "Logo and brand color shown across your portal."

Important

This brands the internal operator portal your team logs into. It does not brand the delivery tracking page your customers see — that's a separate setting with its own logo and color. To brand the customer-facing tracking page, see Brand your tracking page.

There are two logos and two brand colors in Nash: one pair for this operator portal, and one pair for the customer tracking page. This card controls the operator-portal pair only.

Set your logo

The Logo appears across your portal, and the same image also becomes the browser tab icon (favicon) for your portal.

  1. Go to SettingsPreferences and find the Branding card.
  2. Under Logo, select Upload (the button reads Replace if a logo is already set).
  3. Choose a PNG file under 1MB. A square image works best.
  4. Select Save branding.

To take the logo away, select the Remove logo button next to the logo. This clears the logo from the form; select Save branding to commit it. With no logo set, the browser tab icon (favicon) falls back to the default Nash logo.

Note

The logo file must be a PNG under 1MB.

Set your brand color

The Brand color drives the color of buttons and accents across the portal.

  1. In the Branding card, find Brand color.
  2. Enter a hex value in the input (for example, #08323C), or select the color swatch to pick a color visually. The swatch next to the input previews the current color.
  3. Select Save branding.

To go back to the standard Nash accent, select Use default color. This resets the brand color to the default Nash accent (it clears your custom hex). Select Save branding to commit the reset.

If you enter an invalid hex, the form shows **"Enter a valid hex color, such as

08323C."** and won't save until you fix it.

Save your changes

Select Save branding in the card header. Save branding is only available once you've changed the logo or the color — if nothing has changed, it stays disabled. On success you'll see a "Branding updated" confirmation.

Only this card is saved — the General & formatting and Column labels cards on the same page have their own Save buttons.

Note

If you switch to a different organization while editing, saving is held and you're asked to review the settings for the newly selected organization before saving.
