Settings overview
Last updated: September 4, 2026
Settings is where you set the things that apply across your whole organization — how the portal formats and brands itself, your organization's own details and operating hours, and your billing. This is a map of what lives here and where to go for each job.
Preferences
Your Preferences control organization-wide formatting and branding for everyone in the portal:
- Formatting defaults — the date, time, distance, and other display formats the portal uses. See set your organization defaults.
- Portal branding — your logo and colors on the operator portal your team works in. See brand your operator portal.
- Column labels — rename the columns in your order and delivery tables to match the words your team uses. See rename table columns.
Organization
The Organization area holds your organization's own details and structure:
- Your organization and any child organizations — view your organization and the child organizations under it. See view your organization and child organizations.
- Operating hours and dispatch behavior — the hours you operate and how dispatch behaves outside them. See set operating hours and dispatch behavior.
Billing
Your Billing settings hold how you pay Nash and what you've been charged:
- Payment methods — add and manage the card or bank account Nash bills. See add a payment method.
- Invoices and history — review past invoices and charges. See view invoices and billing history.
- Fees — how payment methods and fees work. See payment methods and fees, and billing overview for the full picture.
The rest of the Settings menu
Several other jobs sit in the Settings menu but are documented with the work they belong to:
- Users and roles — invite people and control what they can do: manage users and roles.
- Your own account — your personal preferences, separate from organization-wide settings: personalize your account.
- Widgets — embed Nash components like a live delivery map on your own site: embed a Nash widget on your site.
- Connections — Webhooks, API keys, Request logs, and Apps live under Settings ▸ Connections, where you connect Nash to your other systems and manage programmatic access.
