Welcome to Nash

Nash gives you one place to manage your deliveries, however you move them — with drivers on your own team, with third-party delivery providers, or both. From the moment work comes in to the moment it's completed, you set it up and track it from the same portal.

What Nash does

The portal orchestrates your deliveries end to end: work comes in, gets planned, gets handed off to whoever is going to carry it out, and gets tracked through to completion. Nash doesn't care whether that "whoever" is a driver on your own team or an outside delivery provider — the same portal, the same steps, and the same visibility apply either way. As your operation grows, you can mix and match without switching tools.

Key terms

A handful of terms come up constantly in the portal. Here's what they mean, in plain language:

• Order — what comes in before you've decided how it will move. Orders can still be edited, combined, or replanned.

• Job — the actual delivery being carried out: one order in motion, from pickup to drop-off.

• Route — a sequence of stops assigned to a driver to work through in order.

• Stop — a single pickup or drop-off point along a route.

• Dispatch — handing a job off to a driver or provider to complete.

• Delivery — the finalized unit that's been dispatched — unlike an order, it's locked in and can't be edited.

How the portal is organized

You don't need to learn everything on day one — the portal has its own area for each of these, and you'll pick them up as you need them:

• Plan orders and routes before anything moves.

• Dispatch and track deliveries as they run, from handoff to completion.

• Configure your network — the providers and contracts you work with — and your own fleet, from drivers to vehicles to shifts.

• Automate routine decisions with workflows and Nash Agent, so you're not making the same call by hand every time.

• Report on how things are going, connect other tools through integrations, and manage billing.

Most people start with planning and dispatching, then branch out into configuration and automation once the basics are running smoothly.
