Set Up the Nash Driver App

The Nash Driver App helps drivers manage delivery jobs efficiently by providing real-time notifications, delivery tracking, and direct communication with dispatchers. Follow this guide to set up the app for your internal fleet drivers.

Prerequisites

  • Access to the Nash portal at portal.usenash.com

  • A mobile device compatible with the Nash Driver App (iOS or Android)

Step 1: Create an Internal Fleet

  • From the left hand menu, navigate to Providers

  • Select +Provider > Internal Fleet.

  • Enter your fleet’s name and contact information.

  • Select Create Fleet to complete the setup.

  • Notify your Nash Point of Contact (POC) after setup to update your information.

Step 2: Add a New Driver

  • Go to the Drivers tab in your internal fleet.

  • Select +Driver.

  • Enter the driver’s name and phone number.

  • Select +Driver Group to add the driver to the fleet’s driver group.

Step 3: Download the Nash Driver App

You can download the app using either method:

  • Tap the download link sent to you via text message, or

  • Open the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for Nash Driver App

Once the app is installed, open it to begin setup.

Step 4: Driver Login

  • Instruct drivers to open the app and enter their registered phone number that was provided when you added the Driver in step 2.

  • Complete SMS verification to access their account.

Step 5: Verify Setup

  • Create a test delivery in the Nash portal.

  • Assign it to your internal fleet and select the new driver.

  • Confirm the driver receives the notification in the app.
