Reschedule & edit deliveries

Last updated: August 16, 2026

Plans change after a delivery is created — a wrong tip, a later pickup, a new address. What you do depends on how much is changing, and Nash keeps those on three separate paths so a small fix doesn't disturb the rest of the delivery.

Which path you need

  • A small in-place fix — the package description, its value, the driver tip, or the item count. Edit it right on the delivery, no reassignment needed. See edit a delivery.
  • A new pickup or drop-off time — moving the time re-quotes and reassigns the delivery, so it runs through the reassignment flow rather than a simple edit. See update a delivery time.
  • A bigger change — a new address, a different recipient, or anything the edit form won't touch. Duplicate the delivery into a fresh copy you can adjust, then cancel the original. See duplicate a delivery.

Before you start

You make all three changes from the delivery itself — open it from the Deliveries list, or see read a delivery for the layout. What you can change depends on where the delivery is in its lifecycle: an active delivery is the most editable, and options narrow once it's picked up or complete.
